How to Use the Gillraj Tagging Gun:

Inserting/Replacing the Needle: Before inserting the needle, open the needle lock by turning it outwards as shown in the picture. Insert the needle, ensuring that the needle slot perfectly aligns with the gun slot, and then turn the needle lock back to its inward position.

Loading the Attachment: Insert the T-shaped end of the attachment into the T-shaped slot on the gun as pictured. Gently push the attachment in until you hear a click, indicating it has reached its maximum position.

Removing the Attachment: To remove the attachment, pull the black button on top of the gun towards the rear and gently take out the attachment.

Loading/Attaching Tags: Load the tag/label and then insert the needle into the merchandise. Squeeze the trigger and withdraw the gun. The attachment should now be securely affixed.

Precautions: The needle may leave a noticeable hole in some thin fabric types. In such cases, it is recommended to apply the tags to the seams of the clothing, sewn-in labels, or other reinforced areas.

The package includes 2-inch-long barbs, which are commonly used, but you can also purchase smaller 1-inch-long barbs separately. Please note that this is not a micro-stitch gun, which is used for hemming or fixing clothing. Micro-stitch guns typically have a very small needle and use barbs no longer than 4 to 8 mm.

Usage Precaution: The pricing tag gun is safe to use on most fabrics, preferably thicker ones. However, the standard needles are thick and may easily leave a hole in very fine, delicate fabrics. In such cases, it is advisable to attach the tags to the seams of the garment or on the sewn-in labels, as shown in the instruction booklet.
